Check your items upon receipt—you have 20 days to notify us of problems. We will happily exchange any item that was shipped to you in a defective state—just send us the defective product via UPS or US Mail (insured). Include your order number or a copy of the invoice. Several of our products also carry manufacturer's warranties.
