water ipod February 7, 2010

Adding music to my swimming is wonderful. At first this product was great. I have had to replace it twice now. The first time the earphones stopped working was within a replacement timeframe. I have ordered it again as now, one of the earphones doesn't work. I like the concept and the fact it hooks onto my head. I like it enough to pay for it again, however, if there was an optoin for a better wired headset I would get it. I also like the fact this is a case for a proven product, the Nano. Hope this helps

Head Phone August 1, 2009

I also love the concept of music while swimming but the unit needs to be more dependable   I just purchased in mid-May and the right ear piece is no longer audible   No sound comes out of it   The ear plugs themselves need to fit a bit tighter to keep water from seeping in the ears   I'm a 57yo diabetic patient with an artificial knee   The unit HAS helped to increase speed to approx 1500 meters in about 45 min  My orthropedist was more than impressed 51 weeks out of surgery   But I miss the sound in the right ear

Great concept - needs work April 9, 2009

Great concept and sound when they're in you're ears, but the headphones flop around too much.  I've tried just about everything to keep the earphones in place (headbands, swim cap, second strap of goggle, wax, etc.)  Either the water leaks in between ears and headphone, muffling sound, or they come out completely.  End up doubling my swim time messing with the headsets.  Would be better for sitting in a hot tub.
