Color coded by size (for non-freestyle strokes, size down one paddle size):

XS (Green): Recommended for young age groupers (7-12 years).

S (Yellow): Recommended for older age groupers (12+ years) and beginning masters.

M (Red): Recommended for older high school men, Sr. National women, mid-level masters, and triathletes.

L (Blue): Recommended for collegiate swimmers, Sr. National men, and advanced triathletes.
