New translucent color-coded sizes.

Invented by World Record Masters swimmer and former ASU coaching great, Ron Johnson, the Catalyst helps improve stroke technique while building strength. It's patented unique keyhole design helps more evenly distribute pressure while improving water feel and reducing shoulder stress.

Constructed of lightweight, injection molded, UV resistant polypropylene. Paddle has smooth edges and multi-hole strap design for custom centering on hand.

Size Selection from TYR takes into account ability level, but note that the smaller sizes are quite a bit smaller than the larger ones, so even beginning adult swimmers would need a larger size, dependent on hand size.

Size Selection:
  • XXS (orange) is for beginning swimmers
  • XS (green) is for young age groupers (8-12 years)
  • S (yellow) is for older age groupers (12+ years)/beginning masters
  • M (red) is for older high school males/Sr. National females/mid-level masters
  • L (blue) is for collegiate swimmers/Sr. National males
  • XL (smoke) is for very strong swimmers/water aerobics
